Dear collegues, you may now get a sample of the videos that were produced during the Eurovisionsports week at Hafjell. All delegation leaders have now received one copy and you will have to request a copy through them. The videoes cover all the disciplines as well as the other activities organized during the week.

Ski rental

During the games in Hafjell, you can rent skiing equipment at discount prices at Hafjell Skiutleie. Display your Eurovisiongames ID-card, and you will get a 20% reduction.
The ski-rental shop is located 50 meters from the skilift.

Hotel rooms in Oslo

For those of you who need accomodation in Oslo on your way to Hafjell, we have negotiated a very nice price with Comfort Boersparken Hotel. This hotel is located right next to the central train-station in Oslo. The price is 595,- NOK pr. doubleroom including breakfast. Check the price in euro.

Invitations

Invitations to the next Eurovision Sports Winter Games will be issued by November 10, 2003.
The prices are estimated at 6330,- NOK per person in a double-room, and 7730,- NOK per person in a single-room. Check the price in euro.
The prices include breakfast, dinner and a light outdoor lunch and also a lift card for the week.
Prliminary entries must be made before December 10th, and final entries before the 10th of February 2004.

Television coverage

There will be television coverage of the games in Hafjell next year. We have concluded an agreement with the Media-college in Lillehammer, whose students will make recordings of the all the disciplines during the week.
An edited version will be shown every night at the hotel. By the end of the games, we will offer you an edited copy of the week's experiences at a moderate price.

Afterski

We have contracted a Discjockey, who will entertain us every day in the competition area in Hafjell, during and after the prizegiving ceremonies. He will be based in "Hakkespetten", the Woodpecker-house, which is an old barn, located in the finishing area of the slope.
In addition - he will contribute to making the good old Eurovisionsports-mood at the hotel in the afternoons and in the evenings.
During the week - he will also line up a number of surprises for your enjoyment.

Multifoto will provide photos

We have joined in a cooperation with the firm Multifoto in Trondheim; which will take photos of all participants in all the competitions during the games in Hafjell. The photos will be downloaded to our homesite every day.
In addition, Multiphoto will be present at the hotel during the week and will offer photos to those interested.
